This was a easy read. The three of them call and no one bets before the
flop should give you an idea of their hand strength. I think Phil knew
this, that’s why he kept firing.

prop bets, on which cards come out on the board

exactly which is why when Dwan checks turn and Patrick bets and is called
by Ivey, Dwan can no longer see his bottom boat as the winning hand so he
gives up, if it was just Patricks raise and Ivey folded Dwan would call.

his hand is horrible with 2 callers behind him. it is the absolute worst of
any viable hand in that pot. Once he checks the turn and PA raises and is
called by Ivey his hand is done. Yes he was the best, but there is no
logical way in thinking with a raise and a call behind him when a fullhouse
win is the only viable option to take down the pot and his is the worst
there is.

because the only hands that could possibly call would be a higher
fullhouse, since 2 players called behind him the assumption is at least one
of them has him beat. Dwan made the correct play. Initial calls were solely
based on the 2 aces on board making it less likely a player has one, so
Q7,75 can call hoping to pair above 3. the 3rd ace clinches a highest
pocket pair win. so aggression and position end up taking it.

Dwan turned a full house, but Aces full of only 3’s. Any pocket pair from
the other 2 hands was likely to have him beat.Ivy just represented that (or
a fourth ace) by the way he bet in position right through chasing PA on the
river bet. As soon as PA checked, it was pretty sure with his Q high he’d
fold against a value bet from Ivy.

the river.” He was way off.

Lederer had them all read. He said Antonius made the wrong decision to
fold. Lederer reads opponents better than any of them. Watch him play.
Everytime he is busted out, it is a bad beat. When he puts his chips in, he
is usually way ahead and then his opponents get a suck out card.

them to have a pocket pair, and any over 3’s would beat him

Ivey bluffed his 7 5 on the river, Antonius was thinking about calling him
with Q high, which is totally crazy for normal humans. It’s all a mind
game, which Lederer never will be near at entering..
